Julian’s Purity Gluten Free Bread, Cucumber, Broccoli sprouts, Parsley, Walnuts, Garlic, Lemon juice, Grapeseed oil, Salt
Method
In mortar and pestle, grind together parsley, walnuts, grapeseed oil, garlic, lemon juice and salt. Spread pesto on bread slices. Slice cucumbers. Layer on cucumbers and broccoli sprouts.
