Carrot Jicama Salad with Sunflower Seed Dressing

Ingredients

Carrot. Jicama. Sunflower Seed Butter. Fresh Orange Juice. Lemon Juice. Grapeseed oil. Cumin. Cayenne. Salt.

Method

Slice carrots and jicama. Set aside. Toast spices briefly, until fragrant. With a fork, mix rapidly in a whisking motion, the remaining ingredients until you have reached a desired consistency and flavor. Cover completely the vedge with the dressing and enjoy.
