Rice Pasta. Arugula Pesto.

Ingredients

Rice Pasta. Arugula. Walnuts. Olive OIl. Lemon. Kosher salt. Pepper.

Method

Boil pasta as directed. When tender and to the tooth, rinse with cold water to stop cooking.

In mortar and pestle, combine remainder of ingredients and grind into moist, flavorful pesto.
