Roasted Chickpeas

Chickpeas. Sunflower oil. Salt.


Pat dry chickpeas. Place in roasting pan, toss with oil and salt. Roast at 425 for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Will be done when chickpeas are slightly browned and have a crunchy shell.
